Who we are

HazardCue was built on a simple belief: every property owner deserves clear, actionable weather guidance. We serve landlords, Airbnb hosts, and property managers who are often overlooked by traditional forecasting services yet still carry the real risks and responsibilities that come with owning property.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between complex weather data and everyday decisions. We understand that when extreme weather occurs, it brings more than just immediate impacts, it affects your tenants, your valuable time, and your property’s value. Whether you're managing one home or fifty, we’re here to help you stay ahead of the storm and respond confidently after it passes.

At our core, we value relevance, dependability, and clarity. Every part of our service is designed to cut through generalizations and deliver only what matters to you. We don’t believe in overcomplicating the forecast, we focus on practical insights that help you take action with confidence. Whether it’s a calm week or a high-impact day, you’ll always know what to expect and why it matters to your properties.

HazardCue exists to give small property owners the kind of weather support typically reserved for large operations. Not just forecasts, but peace of mind, built on expertise, trust, and a genuine commitment to your success.

The Meteorologist

Evan Chladny

Hi there, I’m Evan Chladny. I hold a B.S. in Meteorology and am currently pursuing my M.S. in Meteorology at the University of Oklahoma. My current research work is in severe weather and flash flood forecasting. I work with high-resolution datasets and modeling tools to better understand impactful weather, and how to present that information to forecasters.

HazardCue is not associated with the University of Oklahoma, but it is where I take my experience and apply it in a more practical space. It’s not about building complex models, it’s about helping people stay a step ahead of the weather that actually matters to them. Whether it's hail, freezing temperatures, or just knowing when things will not be a problem, my goal is to deliver straightforward, location-specific guidance grounded in real meteorology.
